Community: Whitehorse Traditional Territory: Kwanlin D?n First Nation, Ta'an Kw?ch'?n Council Transportation Aviation Branch is seeking qualified contractors to provide expert-level advice on airport heavy and light equipment, airport maintenance facilities, government procurement, airport maintenance standards and best practices, aviation compliance and certification, and airport operations. The consultant must have expertise related to airport operations in northern and remote areas and understand the impacts of climate change on airport operations. This is the onboarding process for the initial prequalification list resulting from RFQ-2025-4-4415. In line with the terms of the initial RFQ, Part F: Terms of Qualified Source List (Section 6.1), the Owner is providing an opportunity for Respondents to qualify and to be added to the PQL. Respondents that were successfully added to the PQL, through the original RFQ-2025-4-4415 process or any subsequent onboarding, do not need to re-apply.
