The Government of Yukon as represented by the Department of Highways and Public Works, Property Management Division in partnership with the Department of Health and Social Services, Community and Primary Care Division is seeking consulting services to conduct a building condition assessment, prepare a functional program, and recommend renovations for the Emergency Medical Services Ambulance Station in Watson Lake, Yukon. Community: Watson Lake, Yukon Traditional Territory: Kaska Dena Nation This RFP is a second stage procurement following RFQ-2022-2-1403 REQUEST for QUALIFICATIONS Consultant Services for Building Development for the Functional and Spatial Programming Area of Expertise. Only Proponents that have pre-qualified through this RFQ process or any subsequent onboarding process released under the same terms can submit a Proposal on this RFP. Any Potential Bidder who is not pre-qualified at the Closing Time of this RFP, will not be considered for this procurement. Respondents are not bound to participate in any Subsequent Procurement Process, and may, upon written notice to the Owner, decline to respond or provide submissions in any such process. If a Respondent decides to respond and participate in any Subsequent Procurement Process, then the Respondent will be subject to the terms of any Subsequent Procurement Process issued by the Owner, and such terms shall govern over and supersede entirely the terms of the Pre-qualification and RFQ process.
