??The Government of Yukon (YG), as represented by the Department of Highways and Public Works (HPW), Property Management Division (PMD) in partnership with the Department of Energy, Mines and Resources (EMR) is seeking proposals for a consultant to prepare a functional space analysis and business case with cost estimates for the compound (Building #1407 - Fire Base and Building #1436 - Warehouse Storage EMR) at 91807 Alaska Highway in Whitehorse.? Community: Whitehorse, Yukon Traditional Territory: Kwanlin D?n First Nation and Ta?an Kw?ch??n Council This RFP is a second stage procurement following RFQ-2022-2-1403 REQUEST for QUALIFICATIONS Consultant Services for Building Development for the Architecture and Functional and Spatial Programming Areas of Expertise. Only Proponents that have pre-qualified through this RFQ process or any subsequent onboarding process released under the same terms can submit a Proposal on this RFP. Any Potential Proponent who is not pre-qualified at the Closing Time of this RFP, will not be considered for this procurement. Respondents are not bound to participate in any Subsequent Procurement Process, and may, upon written notice to the Owner, decline to respond or provide submissions in any such process. If a Respondent decides to respond and participate in any Subsequent Procurement Process, then the Respondent will be subject to the terms of any Subsequent Procurement Process issued by the Owner, and such terms shall govern over and supersede entirely the terms of the Pre-qualification and RFQ process.
