This RFI is intended to help the Government of Yukon assess the current market for modern enterprise fleet, maintenance, inventory, and asset management solutions to support the replacement of its existing KEYS and Avantis systems. The Government is seeking vendor feedback on whether a single integrated platform or multiple integrated systems would best meet its operational, technical, financial, reporting, and long-term sustainability needs, while also gathering insight into implementation approaches, integration capabilities, costs, timelines, risks, and industry best practices to inform future procurement and strategic planning activities.
