Yukon’s Public Service Commission is seeking market information for a human capital management (HCM) software-as-a-service solution. Vendors should be prepared to provide cloud-based HR functionality such as employee records, recruitment, payroll/benefits integration, time and leave management, reporting, and workforce administration. This RFI is to assess available solutions for modernizing government HR operations and improving efficiency, compliance, and data management across the Yukon government.
