This RFQ is for the second intake/onboarding of Respondents who are not on the current Qualified Source List (QSL) only. If you have previously submitted and been successfully added to the QSL, you do NOT need to resubmit. Highways and Public Works (HPW) is looking to establish two Qualified Source Lists (QSL) for Aviation Consulting Services related to the review of fixed wing and rotary aircraft operators documents, mission profile analysis, regulatory requirements. Work will include assisting Yukon Government (YG) staff in review of aviation related procurements and contracting for projects across Yukon Government (YG) including wildlife surveys and captures, wildland fire, fuel hauls, and more. Due to the technical criteria and subsequent evaluation methods, Companies must submit a response for each individual consultant they would like to have considered. One submission for multiple consultants will not be accepted as the criteria cannot be scored fairly.
