NRC needs a senior change management consultant to lead organizational change across multiple transformation initiatives. The consultant will develop and execute communications, stakeholder engagement, training, readiness, and adoption activities for the National Program Office and related programs. This role is important to help staff successfully transition to new processes and systems with minimal disruption.
