Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada seeks a contractor to provide winter nursery services for barley breeding material at the Brandon Research & Development Centre. The contractor will plant, manage, and harvest barley seeds, obtain necessary phytosanitary certificates, and arrange for the shipment of harvested materials back to Canada. The contract period is from October 15, 2025, to March 31, 2026, with two optional extensions. Semillas Generacion 2000 S.A. is the pre-identified supplier due to their unique capabilities in Chile.
