The Department of National Defence seeks services to remove and dispose of 224,602 liters of hazardous waste oil from building 243 in Dockyard, CFB Esquimalt. Suppliers must have vehicles with 3-inch fittings, pump liquids from DND storage facilities, pump into tankers, and provide a 100ft hose. Offerors must comply with Treasury Board policies regarding contracts for former public servants. The Crown may negotiate with suppliers, and proposals can be submitted in English or French. Selected suppliers include JOMA Environmental Ltd., SUMAS Environmental Services, Veolia es Canada Services Industriels Inc., and others.
