Department of National Defence - 2025 Freight Forwarding Transportation Source Lists

The Department of National Defence (DND) is renewing its 2022 Transportation Source Lists for freight forwarding services, both simple and complex, expiring on February 18th, 2025. Interested industry applicants must submit separate applications for each list by February 14th, 2025. Successful applicants will be included in the appropriate Source List effective February 19th, 2025, valid for three years. DND may conduct credit and security checks, and services may include urgent requirements with security and dangerous goods considerations. Breach of contract may result in removal from the Source List. Transport services are exempt from certain trade agreements, and submissions must be sent to Derek Shields at TransportationContracting@forces.gc.ca.
