The Government of Canada seeks a contractor to conduct a value-for-money assessment of the Flood Hazard Identification and Mapping Program (FHIMP). The work will evaluate whether program investments are strategic, efficient, and effective in delivering flood hazard data, maps, and science to governments and communities.
