Parks Canada Agency seeks a contractor to demolish two 3-bedroom structures in Banff, requiring hazardous material abatement (lead paint and asbestos), utility disconnection, mechanical removal of structures and foundations, and recycling of salvageable materials. Additionally, construction fencing must be installed and maintained. This is the second stage of a two-stage selection process, inviting only pre-qualified suppliers to submit financial bids.
