The tender requires a contractor to supply and install road markers, complete by November 30. Snow clearing must begin at 8cm accumulation, ensuring pathways and fire hydrants remain accessible. Parking lots need daily clearing by 0700hrs. Roads should be plowed to maintain visibility and limit accumulation to 8cm during storms. Snow must not obstruct landscaping or buildings, and excess snow may need to be trucked away. All areas must remain ice-free throughout the contract duration.
