ESDC is seeking experienced training facilitators to deliver multiple virtual courses for call centre employees in the National Capital Region. The work includes at least one day of crisis intervention training and two days annually of call-centre skills training, such as coping and resilience. This supports compliance with the collective agreement and helps improve employee well-being, performance, and readiness for high-stress call centre work.
