The Department of National Defence requires Chain Assembly and Chain Welded items to be delivered to CFB Halifax, Nova Scotia. Bidders offering Equivalent or Substitute Products must specify details. Bids will be evaluated on a Delivery Duty Paid basis with a preference for Canadian goods/services. The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers. Documents can be submitted in English or French.
