Stage 1- Fort Smith Staff Housing Energy Retrofit, Wood Buffalo National Park

Parks Canada is prequalifying contractors for Stage 1 of an energy retrofit on two staff houses in Fort Smith for Wood Buffalo National Park operations. The work includes demolition of existing exterior systems, new insulation and airtight building envelopes, new windows and doors, roofing and cladding, electrical upgrades, and replacement of heating systems with a heat pump, air handler, and HRV. The objective is better energy performance and longer asset life.
