The Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) requires technology and translation services for virtual meetings with external participants in the bilingual Gulf region. The contractor must provide Audio-Visual support, a ZOOM license for 50 participants, simultaneous translation from English to French and vice versa, and two telephone conference lines. They must offer translators for meetings, technical support, and provide meeting recordings within 48 hours. The contractor will facilitate virtual meetings in English and French as requested by DFO.
