Correctional Service of Canada is seeking a contractor to install, operate, and maintain cable/relay TV distribution systems for cells and common areas across eight Quebec institutions. The service must meet CRTC rules, include basic and educational/public channels, and exclude sexually explicit content and wireless equipment. This is a multi-site, long-term telecom services contract funded by inmates, with opportunities to bid on one or more institutions.
