The federal government needs a senior change management consultant to support DGHCMM-M’s MPMS digital transformation. The contractor will design and help implement a change management framework, team structure, and operating model to improve adoption of modernization initiatives. This role is strategic and advisory, with hands-on support for transformation readiness, stakeholder adoption, and organizational change delivery.
