The Department of National Defence (DND) seeks portable infusion systems for administering blood products and intravenous fluids in combat situations. The systems must be lightweight, autonomous, and portable to provide life-saving care near the point of injury. This Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) allows pre-identified suppliers to bid. If no other supplier meets the requirements by the closing date of 07 August 2025 at 14:00 EST, the contract may be awarded to the pre-identified supplier.
