DFO seeks a provider to deliver certified curriculum for six 4-day Marine Steward Witness training sessions in BC during 2026/27. The work is to train Indigenous Guardians and Marine Stewardship staff to observe, document, and support federal investigations and prosecutions related to Southern Resident Killer Whales, marine mammals, and fisheries violations. This supports reconciliation, Indigenous stewardship, and stronger enforcement of conservation laws.
