Fisheries and Oceans Canada needs a contractor to install, operate, and remove a counting fence on Harry’s River, Newfoundland, to enumerate Atlantic salmon smolts and/or adults. The work also includes associated scientific sampling. This project supports fisheries monitoring and stock assessment, helping track salmon populations and inform conservation and management decisions. Ideal bidders likely have field biology, fish counting, and remote-site environmental monitoring experience.
