National Defence seeks a commercial UV laser wire marking system for Flight Test Instrumentation operations at Ottawa’s test facility. The supplier must provide, deliver, install, commission, and accept a durable, air-cooled Laser Wire Marker capable of marking aerospace-grade wire to accepted standards. The contract also includes operator and first-line maintenance training plus technical manuals. This supports accurate wire identification, traceability, and reliability in flight test aircraft and instrumentation work.
