The federal department needs a partner to design and deploy a governed Microsoft 365/SharePoint Online information management solution, including restructuring information, securing M365 settings, and migrating content from RDIMS, shared drives, and legacy SharePoint sites. The initial phase covers a pilot for the IM IT Branch plus training and knowledge transfer. An optional expansion could roll out department-wide with large-scale migration and change management.
