The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) seeks Independent Digital Forensic Analysts (IDFAs) to provide digital forensic services for the Criminal Investigation Division (CID) across four regions: Atlantic, Quebec, Ontario, and Western. The CRA will establish Supply Arrangements (SAs) and Lists of Prequalified Consultants (LPC) for a five-year period. SA Holders on the LPC may receive Task Solicitations for specific regions and submit Task Proposals. The CRA will evaluate proposals based on mandatory criteria and award contracts accordingly. Work locations include CRA sites across Canada and consultants' premises. Bids must be submitted by November 30, 2025.
