Rehabilitate the New Orchard Twin Bridge to extend its service life by at least 30 years. Scope includes concrete repairs to structural elements, replacement of curbs, sidewalks, curtain walls, railings, waterproofing, asphalt, bearings, approach slabs, and slope protection repairs. The work is intended to restore bridge condition, improve safety, and defer major capital replacement.
