Canada is seeking a contractor for external client service evaluation surveys for 40 months to assess client satisfaction with Passport, Immigration, and Citizenship Programs. The surveys aim to improve service design and delivery by understanding client experiences and expectations, evaluating service performance, and identifying areas for improvement. The contractor will conduct telephone and online surveys to measure client satisfaction, support survey methodology frameworks, administer surveys, and analyze survey data to help Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada enhance its services.
