Elections Canada requires a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for managing its social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube. The solution must enable publishing and scheduling posts, tracking public inquiries, monitoring account activities, and generating analytics reports. The contract will last for 12 months, with options to extend for three additional years. Only bidders from the initial RFP are eligible to submit proposals for this re-issued RFP.
