Assessing Risks By Commercial UAS and Determining Specifications of Counter UAS Platforms

The National Research Council Canada requires technical investigation to assess risks from commercial Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAS) and determine specifications for counter-UAS platforms. If off-the-shelf products do not meet requirements, exploration of a proprietary UAV architecture is needed. The tender follows the ACAN process, allowing suppliers to express interest. Suppliers must submit a statement of capabilities demonstrating their qualifications. Inquiries must be in writing and received at least five days before the closing date.
