Parks Canada seeks a contractor to provide diving services, including inspection and minor maintenance for the locks and infrastructure of five Quebec Waterways (Chambly Canal, Ste-Anne Canal, St-Ours Canal, Carillon Canal, and Lachine Canal). The contractor must supply teams of four divers with necessary materials and equipment for spring and fall inspections, on an as-needed basis. The contract period is from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027, with potential extensions.
