The tender aims to establish a multi-year Supply Arrangement with qualified firms to provide financial advisory and treasury services across four service streams: Accounting and Advisory Services, Tax Advisory Services, Ex Ante Funding and Loss Absorbency, and Investments and Sources of Liquidity. Services will be required on an as-needed basis for three years, with no limit on the number of qualified firms per service stream.
