The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) seeks a service provider to enhance software delivery within the Application Development Platform – Third Generation (ADP3G). The selected vendor will offer infrastructure, software, and technical guidance aligned with industry best practices. The contract will last for one year post-acceptance, with options for two additional one-year extensions. Security requirements include Protected B levels for both the company and resources. The selection process will consider technical merit (60%) and price (40%). Proposals must be submitted via the Connect service by September 18, 2025, in either English or French.
