The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) is seeking Frontline Policing Thermal Monoculars to ensure member safety. The Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) aims to establish a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for a three-year period, extendable for up to two additional years. The procurement is open to Canadian, Applicable Trading Partner, and Non-Trading Partner suppliers under the Canadian Free Trade Agreement. The basis of selection is the lowest compliant bid. Indigenous businesses are encouraged to participate, and environmentally preferable packaging is mandatory.
