The federal government is seeking an Indigenous-qualified Level 3 Change Management Consultant to support DGHCMM-M’s MPMS digital transformation in the National Capital Region. The contractor will design and strengthen the change management team, operating model, and delivery framework, while providing strategic leadership, mentorship, and hands-on guidance to improve adoption of digital modernization initiatives and reduce implementation risk.
