Public Safety Canada seeks a research team to study disaster recovery systems, creating journey and system maps for community-level actors. The initial phase includes reviewing resources, developing methodologies, conducting research with journey and system mapping, analyzing insights, and summarizing findings in a report. Optional services may include additional maps, resources for community recovery plans, and further research on recovery pain points. The contract period is from award to March 31, 2026, with possible extensions until March 2029. No security clearance is required.
