Request for Information - CRA Print to Mail Replacement Equipment

The CRA is seeking industry input on replacing or upgrading its Print to Mail operation, including high-speed printers, inserters, servers, networking, and ADF/production software. Vendors should also be able to provide ongoing maintenance, on-site support, and consumables such as toner and repair kits. This work is important to keep CRA’s document production and mailing systems reliable, efficient, and scalable. This is an RFI, not a bid solicitation.
