The Standards Council of Canada (SCC) seeks Programmer/Software Analysts and Business Analysts at Level 2. TBIPS SA Holders with Tier 1 status in the National Capital Region can bid. SCC plans to award up to four contracts for eight months with a one-year extension option. The highest-scoring resource in each category will be recommended for contract award. Bidders can bid for one or all categories. Security requirements include Common PS SRCL #01, Corporate Security (DOS), and Resource Security (Reliability).
