The Department of National Defence requires the supply of items and services for the Underwater Testing Target (UTT) to calibrate and evaluate LFA sensors. This includes acquiring autonomous mobile and static targets using proven Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) and Militarized Commercial Off the Shelf (MilCOTS) technologies. There are no security requirements, and bidders must comply with specific information requests related to former public servants. The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers.
