The Government of Canada seeks a senior and an intermediate business consultant to assess current business planning processes, tools, and HR structures, and recommend changes to support the transition to Integrated Business Planning. The work will help MILPERSCOM modernize planning and improve coordination across follow-on planning cycles. An optional scope includes hands-on support during the transition. This is a strategic business process transformation and change support opportunity in the National Capital Region.
