The Department of National Defence requires two time servers for the Harfang and Flare Track systems to synchronize and timestamp data using PTP, IRIG-B, and NTP protocols. The servers must support multiple time sources with automatic prioritization. Additionally, there is an option to procure two GPS/GNSS Anti-GPS signal jamming antennas. Delivery is needed by December 31, 2025, at a specified location in Valcartier, QC.
