The Department of National Defence requires fully autonomous subsurface maritime sensors for anti-submarine warfare and persistent underwater monitoring. The system must be operable by a single operator, function at depths up to 1000 meters, and provide real-time acoustic detection and satellite-based localization of underwater threats and environmental data.
