Tender details

The tender requires a contractor to conduct 100% testing and certification of the fire alarm and sprinkler systems in compliance with specific codes. Annual and semi-annual services must be completed, including a five-year test and inspection in the first year. The contractor must provide detailed documentation of all testing, inspections, deficiencies, repairs, and retesting. Any repairs needed will be quoted separately. Reports must reference specific identifiers and be submitted within 8 weeks of inspections to Saskatchewan Penitentiary.
