Reconstruct the existing boat launch ramp at Pine Dock, Manitoba by removing old precast concrete pads and installing a new precast concrete ramp system on a prepared granular base. The work includes excavation, grading, geotextile, rip rap placement, environmental controls, and site restoration. This is a remote infrastructure upgrade requiring full construction delivery.
