Supply one deployable transponder landing system for the Royal Canadian Air Force at 8 Wing Trenton. The system must provide Category I ILS-equivalent precision approach guidance or better without aircraft modifications, and be mobile, rapidly deployable, all-weather, and suitable for sustained use in austere Arctic or desert environments to cover an urgent operational gap.
