The Department of National Defence requires 100 units of Test Kit for Oil Condition to be delivered to CFB Halifax and 80 units to be delivered to CFB Esquimalt. Bidders offering Equivalent or Substitute Products must specify brand, model, Part Number, and NCAGE. Prices must be in Canadian dollars, and bids in foreign currency will be rejected. The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers. Documents can be submitted in either official language of Canada.
