Provide virtual psychological risk assessment services for federal offenders in CSC Atlantic Region provincial jails in Newfoundland and Labrador. Work includes clinical interviews, testing, file reviews, actuarial risk assessments, reports for CSC and the Parole Board, emergency assessments, and some sexual-offender assessments. The supplier must also consult in case conferences, support mental health decision-making, and advise on suicide/self-harm risk.
