Parks Canada has issued a Stage 2 RFP in Fort Smith, Northwest Territories for energy retrofits to two staff houses supporting Wood Buffalo National Park operations. The work includes full building-envelope replacement, heat pump and HRV installation, electrical upgrades, and related structural, mechanical, and architectural work.
