Canada requires a contract for auditors to assess the design and operating effectiveness of Information Technology General Controls (ITGCs) for specific information systems. The assessment will focus on program development, program changes, access to programs and data, and computer operations, including evaluations of third-party services related to these systems: ITAS, HRIS, LOUIS, and Phoenix/SAP controls under CNSC responsibility.
