The RCMP seeks up to two Psychologists to provide clinical psychological assessments related to fitness for duty, disability management, and performance issues for its members. Responsibilities include conducting psychological screenings for officer applicants, supporting the Critical Incident Stress Management program, and delivering preventative health programs. The contract is for two years, with a possible three-year extension, requiring 20 hours of service per week per psychologist, starting May 1, 2026.
