Parks Canada is prequalifying contractors for a two-stage project to replace and upgrade critical HVAC components at six occupied structures in the Lake Louise, Saddleback, and McKay Creek areas. Work must be completed without disrupting ongoing operations and in compliance with National Park regulations. This is a major mechanical retrofit opportunity, valued at $2.5M–$5M, with final completion required by February 6, 2027.
